Traditional Shipping vs. Direct Shipping
In traditional shipping methods, products are often sent in bulk to a local warehouse, stored, and then shipped again to customers. While this system may seem efficient, it involves additional transportation and storage that significantly increase carbon emissions.
Here’s how we’re different: Instead of shipping to a local warehouse, we ship every order directly from our factory to customers across Australia. This streamlined approach minimizes unnecessary transportation and reduces packaging waste.
The Environmental Benefits
Here’s a closer look at how our direct shipping model reduces our environmental impact:
1. Lower Carbon Emissions
Direct shipping eliminates the need for domestic transportation from warehouses to individual customers. For example, traditional methods that involve warehousing and local shipping can produce up to 240 kg of CO2 per product for a 1 kg item.
With direct shipping, we reduce emissions to 140 kg CO2 per product, saving 100 kg CO2 per order.
2. Tree-Saving Equivalent
One tree absorbs approximately 22 kg of CO2 per year. By saving 100 kg of CO2 per shipment, each direct order is equivalent to saving the work of nearly 5 trees. Multiply this by thousands of orders annually, and the impact becomes significant.
3. Reduced Packaging Waste:
Traditional shipping often requires extra packaging for warehousing and re-shipping. By shipping directly, we reduce the need for additional packaging, contributing to less waste and a more sustainable supply chain.
Why Shipping May Take a Little Longer
Our direct shipping approach is not just better for the environment—it’s also efficient. However, because we ship directly from our factory, delivery times may range between 10–20 days. We believe this slight delay is a small trade-off for making a significant environmental difference.

We ship all orders to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address and contact information are correct.
We are not responsible for parcels returned to us due to non-collection, incorrect address, or delivery refusal. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued only after the item is returned in its original condition, minus the original shipping cost.
